My name is David Brown and I am running for NJ Governor. Being an inventor, I know how to solve problems. As Governor, I will immediately enact a Schedule Five of the state budget. I call this the NJ-Alaskan Project.

In Alaska, every resident receives a dividend (several thousand dollars) from the oil profits with their State Tax Profits. Obviously, we don't have oil but if we come up with 100 New Ideas! Cost effective Ideas that generate 100's of millions of dollars we can create the same results!

The profits from these 100 ideas will be streamlined to every NJ resident in the form of a dividend similar to Alaska. As Governor, I will be doing business with (monetary transaction) once a year and that is during your tax time. This will be also include your Homestead Rebate. Eliminating the paperwork and administration & mailing of the Homestead Rebate will save over two million dollars a year.

If I was NJ Governor in 1970 and had implemented this Schedule Five, NJ Alaskan Concept with the NJ State Lottery, our situation today would be much different. Since then, every NJ Resident over 25 years old would have received a dividend each year for around $500 dollars with their State Tax Return. Sadly, the profits went to schools and administration only to be wasted away. As Governor, this will change and every NJ resident will benefit from these 100 Great New Ideas for New Jersey. As Governor, I am anticipating a 25% to 50% reduction in everyone's property taxes thanks to schedule five. Alaska calls it a permanent fund dividend (PFD). If Alaska can do it, so can New Jersey. Remember, every NJ resident over 25 years old will benefit with the enactment of NJ Schedule Five. This will revive the state and benefit all of us. I appreciate your vote.
